by Webb Admin Politics Jan. 2011 National Sex Slavery and Trafficking Prevention MonthPresident, Barak Obama, decreed January 2011 National Sex Slavery and Trafficking Prevention Month. But what I want to know is - why didn't anyone know about it, why wasn't this all over the news, where were the network shows?
There are more slaves today than in any other time in history and the United States is the number one destination for slave trafficking. It costs on average $90 US dollars to buy a person - so why isn't this all over the news? Why aren't Americans talking about it as a serious social and moral injustice that many young woman and children are facing around the globe? How can we stand by and pretend this isn't happening? We need to take action now to stop this horrible crime! Please take steps to educate yourself about Sex Slavery and Trafficking.
